Appointments & Services

All appointments must be booked through our online system or by phone.

A $50 deposit is required for new clients requesting chemical services. This deposit is non-refundable and applies toward your final bill.

Existing clients may be exempt from the deposit requirement at our discretion.

Appointment times are subject to availability and approval.

All stylists operate under Set & Dry and manage their own calendars. You are responsible for reviewing appointment details carefully before confirming.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Clients who cancel late or fail to show may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be restricted from future bookings.

Product Purchases

All product purchases made through our website are final unless otherwise stated.

If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or replacement.

Payment & Billing

We accept payments via Stripe, Square, and other secure third-party processors.

By submitting your payment information, you authorize Set & Dry to charge the applicable amount for services and/or products ordered.

User Accounts & Memberships

Clients may be required to create an account to access services, book appointments, or view membership features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

Any misuse or sharing of accounts may result in termination of access.

Third-Party Services

Set & Dry may use third-party services such as GoHighLevel, Epic Digital Marketing, Stripe, Square, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixels to enhance your experience. By using our site, you acknowledge and accept these integrations.
